Cable Tray connection and fixing processing is a refined and precise process for tray installation, which is different from the conventional standard accessory mass production mode. It mainly focuses on specialized prefabrication and processing for on-site docking and adaptation, fixed point alignment, and special structural fastening requirements. Through integrated precision processing in the factory, common construction problems such as loose on-site connections, offset fixed hole positions, poor firmware fit, and later loosening and detachment are solved, effectively improving the overall splicing accuracy and installation stability of the bridge frame, and adapting to various standardized and non-standard bridge frame supporting construction.

The bridge connection is finely processed to ensure seamless connection. Our factory adopts an integrated processing technology of CNC precision cutting, precise punching, and tight seam grinding, and carries out standardized and precise processing for bridge docking ports, overlapping positions, and connection hole positions. Smooth and trim the splicing end face of the bridge frame, remove burrs, sharp edges, and protruding defects, ensure accurate centering of the connecting holes and regular aperture size, and eliminate machining errors such as hole displacement and uneven aperture size. The bridge frame, which has undergone precision processing, has a smooth and tight mating surface with minimal joint gaps. There is no need for on-site secondary polishing, hole drilling, or edge trimming, and the straight, corner, and branch splicing effects are neat and uniform.

Customized processing of fixed points for cable trays, suitable for various installation conditions. According to the on-site installation plan, fixed point layout, and bracket installation position, precise drilling, slotting, and positioning processing can be carried out on the side and bottom fixed positions of the bridge in advance, adapting to various installation forms such as lifting fixation, side installation fixation, and multi-layer alignment fixation. For special working conditions such as high and low drop docking, fixing of irregular points, and dense layer installation of cable trays, exclusive processes such as fine adjustment of alignment holes, processing of reinforcement ears, and prefabrication of positioning grooves can be used to directly align and install the cable trays on site, greatly reducing the on-site construction period.

The entire processing technology is unified, balancing firmness and aesthetics. All connection and fixing processing procedures are standardized in the factory, with smooth cutting edges and symmetrical and regular hole positions, without damaging the original anti-corrosion layer and structural strength of the bridge. After processing, the edges and corners should be passivated and anti-corrosion coating should be applied uniformly to avoid problems such as rust and corrosion at the processing points, deformation and cracking of the board. The overall processing accuracy is high and the adaptability is strong. After installation, the bridge is uniformly stressed, the connection is tight, the wiring is smooth, and there are no problems such as looseness, offset, or disorderly gaps.
